This shop has been related to the art of the Llata (palm heart) since its beginnings, at the beginning of the 20th century. Owned by the Flaquer Melis family, dedicated to the distribution of palm heart work, it sold fabrics that were given to the craftswomen in exchange for the baskets that the family collected from their homes.

Now Artesanía La Palma, a company derived from this activity of the Flaquer Melis family, continues to market its products in this shop, almost 100 years later.
